You can either comfortably book an appointment online or you can contact us via telephone, E-Mail or WhatsApp - depending on your wishes and needs.
If you call us, most likely you will reach our mailbox, because we want to be undisturbed during our treatments. Please leave us your phone number and we will call you back as soon as possible in a calm moment.
If you contact us via Mail or Whatsapp, let us know at which times you are free, so we can propose you dates that work with your schedule. Please also send us your phone number, so we can get back to you short-term if needed.
The earliest appointment possible is at 09:00, the latest at 18:00.

Costs and reimbursement
INVOICING
As Osteopaths in Germany we have to be Heilpraktiker. And as Heilpraktiker we follow the so called Gebührenverzeichnis für Heilpraktiker. That is our fees regulation, and unfortunately it has not been reworked since 1985. To work efficiently, we always bill the maximum rates. Those also lie over the so called "Bundesbeihilfetarif". Due to this decision, we guarantee a fair and transparent invoicing, because we believe that service should always be worth the same and not depend on the insurance of our patients and its terms and conditions.
REIMBURSEMENT
Hereby we clarify, that our claims as service providers are independent from any reimbursements. Please keep in mind, that Osteopathy in Germany is a private service.
Public insurances do not cover our service or cover it only partly - and only under certain conditions, for example you will need a prescription from your doctor.
For a reimbursement of private insurance, it is necessary, that Heilpraktiker services are included in your contract. The amount of the reimbursement also depends on your contract.
COMPENSATION
The costs of our treatment depend on our provided service, not its duration. Nonetheless, our fees stand in relation to the time that we take: As a rule of thumb, you can count an hourly fee from 120 to 130€. The exact amount depends on the performance figures, therefore we can write your invoice only after your treatment. As Heilpraktiker we do not offer wellness but medically necessary procedures, hence we do not have all-in prices and are exempted from value added tax.
PAYMENT
To keep administrative processes easy and smooth, you can pay in our practice directly by card or in cash. We accepts all cards.
In special cases we also offer to pay by bank transfer. For example when children come for treatment without their parents.
